Order processing
We try hard to get every order shipped out or ready for pickup within 1 business day of being placed, although some circumstances may require additional processing time. If your order is one of these, we will reach out as soon as possible to follow up with you and let you know about your order status. On the other hand, if your order is placed during normal operating hours, is in stock, and requires no additional processing, we will often have these orders out the door on the same day!
Confirmation & tracking
Successfully placed orders will receive an email or text confirmation with the order details, typically within a few minutes of the order being placed. If you do not receive this information, please contact us as soon as possible to be sure that your order was processed. Tracking information is typically sent out to via email or SMS within 24 hours of shipment.
Local pickup
If you selected local pickup during checkout, we will send a follow-up email or text once your order is ready to pickup at the selected location. Orders will be held at these locations for 10 business days, and if not picked up or alternative arrangements made, these orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping
Shipping is available only within the United States (50 states). We cannot ship to other countries. Most orders ship via USPS and delivery times vary by location. If expedited shipping is selected, expect 1-3 business day delivery, with standard shipping expect 2-6 business day delivery, although these estimates are not guaranteed. The standard shipping rate is $5 for all orders, however all orders over $30 (after discounts if applied) qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is also available on all orders for a fixed rate of $15.

Free Shipping Codes supporting Treemagnets Team players will always be used to cover standard shipping. If you select expedited shipping with a free shipping code it will go via standard shipping service.
